Venue & Events Hire 

The Venue offers panoramic views of the Manukau Harbour  and is suitable for Weddings and Gatherings. 

The Club is Licensed and the Club House comfortably Seats 65 Guests with the upper deck available to spread out to watch the evening sunset. 

The kitchen is spacious with  a large oven, gas cooktops, and chiller for your catering needs.

Clarks Beach Holiday Park is adjacent to CBYC 

Clarks Beach also has a modest selection of other local accommodation.
